About Us

Parla Bahçeşehir is a distinguished expression of Novas Şehircilik’s approach to architecture — not merely as the making of buildings, but as a discipline of living culture, aesthetics and enduring value.

Rising within the exclusive fabric of Bahçeşehir, Parla brings together timeless architectural lines, refined material choices, a carefully composed landscape and elevated standards of living through a holistic design vision.

The experience behind the project

Behind Parla Bahçeşehir lies many years of accumulated expertise in construction and project development. Across the residential projects it has realised in different regions, Novas Şehircilik has approached every stage of the process — from site selection and planning to architectural design and construction — with the same rigour.

The experience gained on each project lays the foundation for the next. Knowing the region, choosing the right ground and the right partners, and delivering the promised quality in full on site — these are the foundations of the trust Novas Şehircilik has earned over the years. Parla Bahçeşehir is built upon this legacy.

In every project it develops, Novas Şehircilik aims to enrich the identity of its surroundings, to unite architectural quality with long-term investment value, and to offer its residents not simply a home, but a living experience of their own. From planning to architecture, from landscape to interior detailing, every decision is shaped around aesthetics, function and permanence.

Our design approach

In the design of Parla Bahçeşehir, the balance of classical proportion is reinterpreted through the comfort of contemporary living. A strong architectural character is completed by natural light, privacy, continuity between interior and exterior, and a carefully measured relationship with the landscape.

Here, luxury is defined not only by the materials used, but by the feeling of the space, the finesse of its details and a quality felt in every moment of life.

We do not speak of homes — we speak of lasting works.

Parla Bahçeşehir is an expression of Novas Şehircilik’s vision to create living spaces that go beyond today’s expectations and leave lasting value for the future.
